Physical Therapist

Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function. Manage patient records, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers, and monitor progress toward rehabilitation goals. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and facility policies while delivering care within the scheduled shift hours.
