Physical Therapist

Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and perform therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and reduce pain. Manage documentation in electronic health records, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and supervise physical therapy assistants when required. Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate treatment updates to patients and families.
