Job Summary
PTs join Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy to deliver focused 1:1 patient care in an outpatient setting, participate in mentorship and residency programs, complete structured education paths (PT cohort, APTA-accredited residency), and advance clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills. The role includes evaluating patient function, documenting evaluations and care coordination, managing an own caseload, contributing to specialty development, and engaging in ongoing education benefits and career-path opportunities, with base compensation in the $80k–$95k range and a total package that supports relocation or sign-on.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework within 6 months
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Commitment to top quality patient care
