Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community. This role is part of Symbria's Rehab Team, which provides mentorship and training for new graduates within a 100% employee-owned environment focused on geriatric care.
