Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes. This full-time role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and includes mentorship and training for new graduates. We are a 100% employee-owned company dedicated to patient-centered care in senior-living and post-acute settings.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
