Physical Therapist - Surrey Place - Skilled Nursing

Organize and perform medically prescribed PT programs under the supervision of the Director, Outpatient and Inpatient Supervisor while participating in educational duties. Manage all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit and promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Perform duties consistent with St. Luke's mission and values. Requires current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts and a Bachelor of Science or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy.
