Job Summary
Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques, and deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training. Monitor patient progress, modify plans to maximize outcomes, and educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care while completing timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. Base salary of $80,000–$110,000 annually plus monthly productivity bonuses and up to $50,000 sign-on or relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based orthopedic care
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
