Required Qualifications
- License to practice Physical Therapy in the State of New York
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Master of Physical Therapy degree
- Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree
- Manual dexterity
- General strength and endurance
- Ability to routinely load 5-35 lbs from floor to waist
- Ability to routinely load 5-35 lbs from waist to shoulder
- Ability to routinely load 5-35 lbs from shoulder to overhead
- Ability to routinely carry 5-10 lbs for 40-50 feet
- Ability to routinely push 5-150 lbs on casters, runners or pulleys
- Ability to sustain a grip of 40-50 lbs for 1-2 minutes
- Ability to routinely guard a lift load of 120-140 lbs
