Job Summary

Conduct developmental screenings, provide physical therapy services, and consult with family members and other professionals. Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to develop methodologies for reaching each child's specific developmental goals. Coach caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement in home and community settings. Provide services in diverse locations including homes, daycare centers, and community settings while ensuring progress is generalized. Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations. Requires a New Jersey Physical Therapy license and experience with infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

Required Qualifications

  • New Jersey Physical Therapy (PT) license
  • Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
  • Pediatric Experience
  • Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
  • Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
  • Technology proficient
