Job Summary

Provide pediatric physical therapy to infants and toddlers in home and community settings under the Early Intervention program. Conduct developmental assessments and deliver PT services using the Parent Coaching Model to support families in achieving individualized goals per the IFSP. Build caregivers’ confidence and skills, ensuring progress is generalized across natural environments. Perform services in children’s homes, daycare centers, and other community settings; conduct re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Requires California PT licensure (DPT) and pediatric experience; travel between sessions with paid mileage and admin time; flexible schedule with home-based service delivery; bilingual Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications

  • California Physical Therapy (DPT) license
