Conduct initial evaluations within 24-48 hours, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver direct treatments following department guidelines. Modify goals and interventions based on ongoing assessments of patient progress. Provide patient and family education using age-appropriate teaching methods tailored to their understanding and needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to promote a positive care environment while consistently meeting productivity standards. Ensure all documentation complies with department policy.
