Job Summary
Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Atlantic County. Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one-on-one treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Address gait training, transfers, fall prevention, pain management, and home exercise programs while recommending assistive devices and safety modifications. Complete accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with administrative teams regarding scheduling and referrals. Build and manage your caseload based on availability. Part-time and PRN roles offer fixed per-visit compensation with flexible scheduling and full clinical autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable transportation
- Strong clinical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
