Job Summary
Conduct patient evaluations including medical history reviews, imaging analysis, and physical exams. Formulate treatment plans and deliver physical therapy through therapeutic exercises and modalities. Educate patients on diagnoses, care options, lifestyle modifications, and exercises. Collaborate with medical doctors, chiropractors, and support staff for comprehensive care plans. Supervise therapy assistants and maintain timely, accurate EHR documentation. Required Qualifications
