Job Summary
Assess patients, develop individualized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore physical function, and administer therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices. Document initial exams, evaluate treatment effects, adjust interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary team planning for post-treatment needs. Provide patient and family education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and health promotion while directing supportive personnel. Requires current NYS Physical Therapist license, B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, and two years of experience.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in writing, using advanced writing skills
