Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities as part of FOX Rehabilitation's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Drive rewarding patient outcomes while utilizing cutting-edge technology available to clinicians. Schedule flexibility allows you to create, control, and alter your treatment plan, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN/PPU roles. The position supports clinical and non-clinical career growth through unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
