Physical Therapist

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. Performs initial and ongoing assessments, establishes and revises care plans, and delivers therapy interventions using standard techniques. Provides education to patients and families, participates in discharge planning, and oversees physical therapy assistants and students. Maintains detailed documentation of patient responses and regulatory requirements while working in a constant state of alertness. Performs other duties as assigned.
