Physical Therapist

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions to evaluate movement dysfunction and pain. Establish, revise, and evaluate plans of care involving patients and families, then perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques. Provide education to patients, families, and staff based on their needs and participate in discharge planning with other healthcare providers. Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel while maintaining appropriate documentation of patient responses and intervention needs. Perform other duties as assigned in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin, with Basic Life Support certification within 90 days.
