Physical Therapist

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include performing initial and ongoing assessments, developing and revising a plan of care with patient/family involvement, applying standard physical therapy techniques, educating patients and families, participating in discharge planning and home instructions, recommending equipment or home modifications, and ensuring proper documentation. Supervises physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel, and maintains regulatory-compliant records. Requires Licensure in IL/MO/OK/WI and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 90 days of employment. PRN, Day Shift, in inpatient acute care setting; flexible shift start times; various shifts available; travel between shifts as needed; total weekly hours not specified.
