Job Summary
Per-Diem Physical Therapist needed at Village Point, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Monroe Township, NJ. Responsible for assessing and planning rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or restore physical function; conducts initial exams, documents prognosis and progress, administers manual therapies, and educates patients and families on home treatment plans; collaborates with physicians and other practitioners to plan and assess intervention programs. Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program and hold an active NJ Physical Therapist license; HS diploma or equivalent required. Pay rate $57/hour. On-site, part-time position with benefits including 401k, credit union, DailyPay, referrals, EAP.
