Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose patients while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations. Deliver evidence-based patient care, maintain thorough documentation in a timely manner, and communicate effectively with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other providers to ensure collaborative care. Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve goals while supporting clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives. Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy
