Job Summary
Physical Therapist, Sports Medicine role at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, CO. Provides direct patient care and imaging/radiologic procedures within the sports medicine service line; develops and implements individualized treatment plans; educates patients and families to empower recovery; precepts new imaging/therapy staff; contributes to safety and quality at the point of care; conducts comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and education to support rehabilitation and return-to-function in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card valid through sixty days after hire
