Job Summary
Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions from disease or injury. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers while supervising and assuming responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with Physical Therapy Certification/Licensure, a VA License, and at least two years of experience. This role is part of Sentara Therapy Center Healthy Way's commitment to improving health daily within a tobacco-free environment.
