Job Summary
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults wherever they call home (private residencies, senior living communities, memory care). Deliver evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based treatment; document in FOX EMR; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; educate patients, caregivers, and staff; and extend access via telehealth as appropriate. Roles include in-home, senior-living, and virtual care with autonomy to create your own schedule and opportunities for growth; telehealth components optional to enhance flexibility and access. H1B sponsorship available for qualified clinicians; NJ base pay range for full-time positions is $70,000-$102,000 annually with potential for additional earnings, benefits, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
