Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services by screening, evaluating patients, and developing treatment plans while supervising PTAs and rehab techs. Direct care delivery, oversee discharge planning, and participate in case management, utilization review, and interdisciplinary team activities. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain accurate documentation and billing, and uphold ethical professional conduct. Maintain valid licensure, pursue continuing education, and apply relevant payment models to support quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports

- Ability to perform duties in a healthcare environment with moderate noise levels
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation
