Physical Therapist

Evaluate treatment plans and implement programs per indicated procedures while formulating specific goals through collaboration with healthcare personnel and patients. Prepare and maintain discharge records timely, attend designated clinics and rounds to render patient information, and participate in educational programs for staff, students, and volunteers. Train new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students while facilitating new program development. Requires a B.S. in Physical Therapy, NYS license eligibility, and two years of experience, with a pre-employment health clearance mandatory.
