Conduct thorough patient evaluations including goniometry, manual muscle testing, and functional assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations. Implement interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan), and modalities while educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Document progress in Epic Hyperspace and supervise PTAs at a 1:1 ratio to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with physicians, OTs, and other team members to coordinate treatment for a diverse population ranging from young adults to seniors, including Medicaid patients. Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and contribute to department innovation such as Blood Flow Restriction therapy.
