Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions. Conduct evaluations using goniometry and manual muscle testing; develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians; utilize therapeutic techniques including Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, and Mulligan to reduce pain and improve function; educate patients on conditions, goals, and injury prevention; document progress in Epic Hyperspace EMR; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; supervise a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio; pursue continuing education and advanced PT techniques such as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy; must hold a valid Illinois Physical Therapist license and have completed an accredited PT program (DPT preferred); 2+ years in orthopedic settings and board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine are preferred; location is Skokie, IL with on-site work (no remote arrangement indicated).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
