Physical Therapist

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients while developing treatment plans consistent with benefits and reimbursement levels. Direct and supervise therapist assistants, manage family education, and document all assessments, summaries, and reports to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requires a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and CPR certification. We provide post-acute PT, OT, and ST services in a collaborative environment focused on enabling career growth and patient excellence.
