Job Summary
Join our Home Health Physical Therapy team in Florida. Conduct in-home patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams, and promote mobility and independence through compassionate, hands-on care. Requires active Florida PT license; minimum 2 years post-graduate experience preferred; orthopedic or home health experience a plus; capable of working independently in patients' homes.
