Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results. Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required physical therapy treatments, then implement comprehensive programs to attain established goals. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, document findings and progress, and supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies while ensuring timely documentation of daily notes, workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries. Serve as Assistant Clinic Director with additional responsibilities.
