Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results. Review physician referrals and medical records to determine required physical therapy treatment. Provide direct patient care by established protocols, document findings, and create comprehensive programs to attain goals. Implement treatment programs and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies. Ensure timely documentation of daily notes, workers' compensation reports, and discharge summaries. Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
