Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in their homes as part of FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House Calls program. Deliver clinically excellent, autonomous interventions within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Maintain flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule while accessing cutting-edge technology and unlimited continuing education. Obtain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification. Full-time and part-time salaried positions are available with benefits, including 401k, alongside PRN opportunities for paid per unit work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
