Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services for older adults in a 1:1 setting to drive rewarding patient outcomes and abolish ageism. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care primarily through our Geriatric House Calls program while maintaining flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
