Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy sessions for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions, aiming to improve mobility and activity levels. Manage a balanced caseload of 10-12 patients daily within a top clinic spanning over 10 states. Obtain or maintain current Texas Physical Therapist licensure and CPR certification. This role offers a sign-on bonus, 15 days of PTO, and tuition loan reimbursement. Top performers can earn $100K+ annually with performance incentives. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
