Physical Therapist - Sign on Bonus Eligible!

The Physical Therapist diagnoses and treats patients to improve movement and functional activities, develops and implements therapy plans of care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, delegates to assistants while maintaining accountability, and documents services to support accurate billing and compliant care. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week, primarily outpatient services with a split between Berlin and Ripon, and includes weekend/holiday rotation. Responsibilities include best-practice assessment and reassessment, coordination with other disciplines, ensuring quality patient experiences, and advancing standards of care through evidence-based practice and professional development.
