Job Summary
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with individualized physical therapy care plans and established policies. Complete all documentation and records timely and accurately while recognizing and responding to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment. Successfully complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings as directed by the supervisor. Perform other related duties as necessary. Required Qualifications
- Valid professional license in the state of practice
- Graduate of CAPTE accredited school
- Program deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry level education in the U.S. by a credential's evaluation organization approved by the APTA (for foreign-trained candidates)
