Physical Therapist

Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and celebrate progress while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Qualifications include current licensure or certification as required by state regulations and CPR certification; a Master's Degree is preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience in the field. The role is located in Vine Grove, KY and involves inpatient rehabilitation care as part of Encompass Health's multidisciplinary team.
