Physical Therapist providing direct inpatient care and leading patient assessments with personalized care plans in an Encompass Health inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include supervising treatments, addressing patient concerns, building meaningful patient relationships, and supporting recovery across physical, mental, and emotional dimensions. Requires current licensure (state-specific) and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s plus relevant experience). Strong teamwork, empathy, and commitment to high-quality, compassionate care are essential.
