Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Evaluates participants, develops treatment programs, administers therapy, documents program progress, collaborates with physicians and staff, conducts in-service and training for staff and students, generates service summaries and billing records, and participates in rehabilitation team activities. Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, possess state licensure, be willing to travel, and accommodate part-time or PRN scheduling; opportunity to Aquatic Certification is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure in physical therapy
- One year’s experience preferred
- Travel as needed
