Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Evaluates participants, develops and implements treatment plans, maintains documentation, and coordinates with physicians, staff, families, and community resources. Supervises PTAs and interns; participates in staff orientation and program meetings; and may travel as needed. PRN schedule with Monday–Friday availability and bi-weekly pay; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure in physical therapy
- Travel as needed
