Job Summary
Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Supervises PTAs and Interns; evaluates program participants and develops written treatment programs; administers treatments and communicates needs to staff; maintains documentation; ensures adherence to accreditation and ethics; participates in meetings and team-based rehabilitation planning; writes service summaries and supports billing; travels as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure in physical therapy
- One year’s experience preferred
- Travel as needed
