Physical Therapist

Provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Evaluates program participants and develops written treatment programs; administers therapies; communicates needs to staff; maintains documentation; adheres to accreditation/licensure/ethics standards; attends meetings and participates in rehabilitation treatment teams; plans and implements in-service programs for staff; participates in orientation for new staff and students; writes service summaries and maintains billing records; travels as needed to various settings. Requires Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure in physical therapy, and willingness to travel; one year experience preferred. Sevita is an equal opportunity employer.
