Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education to facilitate discharge when medical necessity ends. Participate in departmental initiatives, communicate effectively with rehab team members, and facilitate professional growth to improve overall departmental performance. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery design. Full-time 40-hour Monday-Friday schedule with a $86,000-$110,000 annual salary plus up to $20,000 sign-on bonus. Join a network of 1900 centers across 39 states offering specialties in sports medicine, neuro, and hand therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
