Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments for an average case load of 10-12 patients daily. Provide timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge, interpret diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly. Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed while promoting continuous quality improvement within our sports and orthopedic outpatient clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications

- history of program/relationship building with local high schools, athletic trainers, and competitive sports programs
