Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in the school setting, performing evaluations and assessments while tracking child progress. Deliver services as mandated in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assist with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support each child's goals, ensuring all documentation and progress notes are completed accurately. This role supports the educational and developmental needs of pediatric populations across Long Island and New York City, offering access to clinical support teams and free continuing education through Medbridge.
Required Qualifications
- valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
