Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities through our Geriatric House Calls program. Work in a supportive clinical community with unlimited access to continuing education and professional certification reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
