Job Summary
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care, delivering hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes. This role includes access to AI clinical documentation support to reduce after-hours charting, alongside structured mentorship and career development pathways through Evidence in Motion. Compensation is inclusive of productivity incentives with additional opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
- Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE accredited institution: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in State of Texas employment required
