Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist I provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations and developing plans of care; delivering interventions (mobility, gait, functional training); supporting early mobility and patient progression during hospitalization; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning; educating patients and families on treatment and safety; and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
