Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations and developing plans of care, delivering mobility, gait, and functional-training interventions, supporting early mobility during hospitalization, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, educating patients and families on treatment and safety, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
