Job Summary
Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining medical documentation and conducting ongoing training on restorative techniques. Supervise therapist assistants and therapy students in direct patient care to ensure plans of care align with state practice acts and reimbursement regulations. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and team members while upholding ethical standards and company policies. Ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect, protecting their personal and property rights at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- Valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
